Our PayPal merchant account allows major credit and debit cards to be used, with or without a PayPal membership.
Shipping is supplier specific. We deal with over 20 suppliers. Most offer UPS and USPS. We list our items either weight based or free (included) shipping based on UPS/USPS ground, or US priority for lightweight orders.
Basically, 4 to 5 day service Nationwide from date of order placement, add 1 or 2 days for after noon Friday, Saturday and Holiday orders.
Yes. We refuse orders placed without a physical address and phone number. This policy has proven to help safe-guard us as a merchant and our customers. Another reason we offer only PayPal payments.
Use an active email address that you have reserved for 'important/permanent' correspondents.
Use this email address if not here and other ShopHMI dot coms, at least with PayPal.
All of ShopHMI emails are sent through the PayPal site concerning refunds, partial refunds and shipping track codes.
