Terms of Service

Orders are shipped within USA only. UPS, USPS Ground or USPS Priority are default. All must use a physical address.

Sales are through PayPal utilizing credit/debit accounts with correct address, phone number and email address.

If 'ship to' name & address do not match payment option, expect a call to confirm or a refund through PayPal with notation.
This policy helps protect all parties involved.

Under normal use all items carry a 90-day workmanship warranty.

If a product fails within this time, email ShopHMI for instructions for pick-up & refund details.

Some items carry a longer warranty & will state so in the packaging.
